Amazon has an e-book called New Vegetarian Dishes that is available for free. You don’t even need a Kindle you can also get a free e-reader for PC as a quick download.  I just got my free copy and am about to check it out now. ^_^ 

*Note I just realized this book was published in 1892. No wonder it’s free! Still kinda cool though.
